Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C. (49 states/regions in total).
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g. Puerto Rico, Guam), or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping Rates
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping structure:
Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate per order.
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $30.00 (calculated after discounts and before tax).
Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped directly from China. Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within the U.S. Please note that these are estimates only, and actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will take care of it as outlined in our Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will work to resolve the issue.
